KISTERS AG offers a comprehensive service and maintenance package which can be tailored to your needs. The following individual packages are available:
1. Service desk
This standard service allows you to contact us with any questions, requirements, and help requests related to our products. To do so, use our BugZilla system (https://www.kisters.de), which is available 24 hours a day and provides a standardized interface to our service teams.
During the business hours of KISTERS AG (08:00 – 17:00, CET), our service teams are also available for a telephone conversation through a central telephone number (-340).
You can also contact us via e-mail (support-ui(at)kisters.de). However, please note that processing your request requires slightly more effort in this case and thus may take longer.
2. Installation and update
Upon request, we install and update our technical systems for you, managing everything from planning to introduction and implementation. If you are interested, just use the interfaces to our service desk.
3. KISTERS database support
You don't have the know-how to professionally maintain your specialized application database system or want to dedicate your time to tasks that are strategically more important to you? Based on a specific database maintenance contract, we take care of the maintenance of your database system. If you have any questions regarding this package, please contact our service desk teams.
